We know SmartAdvisor® from the inside — and where it needs help.

Datos Software builds purpose-built automation for P&C cost containment. Our consulting and integration work is led by a former Enlyte employee with hands-on experience in SmartAdvisor and Capstone® Business Decision Manager — so we improve savings, PPO pricing accuracy, and processing speed inside the platform you already run. No migration required.

Why a specialist

Specialists, not a general software shop.

P&C cost containment needs automation the large platforms won’t build. Where carriers, TPAs, and managed-care organizations are still running high-dollar decisions through spreadsheets, email chains, and manual keying, we replace the workaround with a secure, integrated, defensible workflow.

Results

What the work actually moves.

50–70%

Straight-through processing is the SmartAdvisor norm. We tune Capstone rules to push past it.

75%

Less time spent processing data for clients running ClaimSync EDI.

98%

Fewer manual data-entry errors once bills are captured instead of keyed.

47 days

A manual demand process that long, rebuilt into a streamlined workflow.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Do we have to leave the platform we already run?
No, and that is the point. All of this work happens inside the bill review platform you already have — rules, integration, repricing routing, and bill capture. There is no migration, and nothing of ours has to replace anything of yours.
Are you affiliated with Enlyte?
No. Datos Software is an independent consulting and technology firm, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mitchell International or Enlyte Group. What we have is a founder who worked at Enlyte and has hands-on experience with SmartAdvisor and the Capstone rules engine from the inside — which is a different and more useful thing than a vendor relationship.
Who is this for?
Workers’ compensation and auto casualty carriers, third-party administrators, and managed-care organizations running a bill review program of their own. The common thread is a program where high-dollar decisions are still moving through spreadsheets, email, or manual keying.
How does an engagement start?
With an assessment rather than a proposal. We look at what your program does today and tell you where the recoverable savings and the manual handoffs actually are. Sometimes that ends with us saying the configuration is sound and the money is somewhere else, which is cheaper for you to hear early.
Our savings rate looks acceptable. Is there anything here for us?
Possibly not, and we will say so. But straight-through processing in the 50–70% range is the normal state rather than the ceiling, and an acceptable-looking total often hides a single jurisdiction or a single rule that stopped matching. That is a bounded thing to check.

Tell us what your program is doing today.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether Datos can help — and we will say so if we can’t.
